"Giudizio positivo! Ho pernottato nella capitale per lavoro in un buon B&B, accogliente, silenzioso, a 15 min. a piedi dalla stazione Termini. La mattina la colazione è stata abbondante e mi hanno assistito nel ritorno chiamando un taxi. Una tappa da ripetere visto il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo."

"In complesso è stato un bel soggiorno, il b&b non deluso le nostre aspettative, la colazione è molto abbondante, ed i servizi offerti (Tv,internet e telefonate gratis,bagno interno la camera, possibilità di cucinare) hanno influito sulla positività dei giudizi! La posizione non è centralissima, ed il quartiere non è tra i più "in" sicuramente di Roma (anzi!), però è ben collegato al centro da varie linee di bus, comode da prendere! Questo B&b lo consiglio a chiunque voglia fare un paio di giorni a Roma! "

"Domenico is very professional, he is very kind and he will tell you all useful pieces of information you will need for your stay in Rome (public transportation, restaurants, shops etc.) with detailed description. B&B University is near Termini station and close to bus/tram stops so it is very easy and fast to move to the centre of the Rome. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and as a bonus you get a PC with internet connection + SAT TV. Breakfast is very rich and it will give you energy for whole day trips in the city. B&B University looks much better from inside than from outside, so don't be afraid when you arrive ;-) The only deficiency from my point of view is relatively noisy street so when you have problems with sleeping in noisy environment buy earplugs ;-) If I will travel to Rome next time B&B University will be surely the place I want to be accomodated. "L'accoglienza è stata ottima :) Domenico mi ha fatto vedere la stanza e spiegato tutto, e inoltre mi ha segnalato i mezzi e le mete turistiche più giuste da fare. La camera era carina cn il pc+internet, tv satellitare, condizionatore ecc...Molto carina...uniche 2 piccole pecche che però non hanno di certo rovinato il tutto, sono il fatto il letto aveva la "base" di legno che cigolava un pò...ora se devi dormire non è un problema...ma se c'è da fare anche altro :P...nella doccia poi c'era dell'acqua macchiata di nero che era però data dal fatto che era acceso il condizionatore e li c'era la zona dove scaricava che è filtrata all'interno...per il resto...tutto perfetto! grandi!"

"I very much liked this B&B. I was a bit worried about finding it, so we walked and found it with no trouble. Domenico was a fabulous hosts and the room was perfectly sufficient. Given prices for hotels in Rome, this was a great deal! It also leaves you in San Lorenzo, a young & hip part of town where you'll pay real Rome prices, not tourist prices. Its disadvantage is it's not on the Metro, but once you understand the bus/tram routes, it's even easier than the metro! "

"Bed & Breakfast University was awesome! Domenico and his staff were extremely courteous and helpful. My husband and I stayed at the B&BU at the beginning and end of our trip in Italy so we were able to see two different rooms. We were impressed with the first room, but even more so with the second (HUGE!). Both had internet, satellite TV (with BBC), and a safe. The breakfast included cheese, toast, meats, coffee/tea, yogurt, and a delicious warmed cornetto! It kept us happy and full until lunch. I loved the neighborhood as well. It was lively, but safe and it seemed like there were hardly any other tourists! Again, Domenico was just the sweetest! He answered tons of questions for us and recommended some great restaurants. One of which was Mamaro, and in our opinion had the BEST pizza in Italy! We had a wonderful time at B&BU and recommend it without reservation. STAY HERE!"

"Soggiorno ottimale per chi deve visitare la città, a pochi passi c'è l'autobus (anche se non si sa mai a che ora arriva) e anche la stazione dei treni (Termini) è raggiungibile con 15 minuti di camminata. Personale molto disponibile, colazione servita; servizio internet in camera gratuito (in molti hotel è ancora a pagamento...). Consigliato."
