The structure has three rooms and a comfortable breakfast room where is served breakfast that includes: bread, stuffed croissants, milk, tea, three kind of cold meats and salami, cheese, rusks, marmalade, butter, yogurt. All services are included in the price.

We have three fully equipped, comfortable and modern rooms, with free internet broadband access, satellite television, strongbox, air conditioning telephone (free to calls to italian landline numbers) hairdryer and bathroom inside the rooms. Using Fridge and kitchen is allowed. Rooms are cleaned daily, Towels and sheets are changed every three days or as requested.

Close to the main Rome train station, in the 1880's San Lorenzo was a working class area of the city. Now it is popular with students due to its proximity to La Sapienza University. The area boasts several restaurants, clubs and bars and has become one of the main meeting place for the roman youth. A lot of people infact come here from all the town to eat, drink, dance and have fun. The area is well served by public transports and is really safe also in the night.
